Golden Beach Gas Export Pipeline

Stockton Drilling Services were engaged by Grant Bowley Consulting on behalf of GB Energy Holdings to undertake a trenchless assessment of the Golden Beach gas export pipeline. Construction methodologies including Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and DirectPipe (DP) were evaluated for suitability for the proposed pipeline route. The report presented the findings of the assessment and discusses feasibility, technical issues, schedule and budget.

The assessment provided a geotechnical evaluation and identified potential construction risks and feasible construction methodologies. Plausible alternative were evaluated and a base case approach developed for the basis of the budget estimate and schedule.
